About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced .NET Developer to join our team in a hybrid setup based in Bangalore. This role demands technical expertise in .NET technologies along with excellent communication skills, as it involves direct interaction with clients and ownership of end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and contribute to full-cycle .NET project development including design, development, testing, deployment, and support
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, discuss solutions, and present updates
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using .NET programming languages
- Debug and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Document code structures, processes, and best practices for future reference

Required Skills Experience:
- 5 10 years of hands-on experience with .NET technologies (.NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, MVC, etc.)
- Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software development best practices




- Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs
- Proficiency in SQL Server and database design
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential for client interaction

Preferred Profile:
- Professionals who have demonstrated project stability by working on a single long-term project (2 3 years)
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum-based development environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Mentoring or leadership experience is a plus
