Nuoer Chemical India is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Officer to join our team. This office-based role primarily involves reaching out to potential clients through phone calls and emails to drive sales of our high-quality water treatment chemicals, particularly Polyacrylamide (PAM). We especially encourage fresh graduates and female candidates to apply.

Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and research potential clients in the water treatment sector using online tools like Google.
- Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients via phone calls and skilled emails to introduce our products and services.
- Communication: Clearly articulate the benefits and applications of our water treatment chemicals to potential customers.
- Lead Management: Maintain and update a database of leads and client interactions.
- Sales Support:



Assist the sales team in achieving targets and expanding our market presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Language: Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
- Computer Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including experience with email communication and online research.
- Core Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for identifying potential leads and business development opportunities.
- Basic understanding of sales principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
