Job Description

The Content Enablement Product Manager is a global product manager role within the Commercial IT organization supporting Animal Health. This role will report to the Director, Digital Solutions and Content Enablement and will be responsible for shaping and executing the technology strategy that enables how commercial content is planned, created, reviewed, approved, localized, and activated across channels.

You will own and evolve a portfolio of content management and campaign enablement platforms (e.g., Veeva Promomats, Adobe Workfront and related solutions), as well as AI-enabled tools for content creation, modular content, and localization/translation. You will work closely with global and regional marketing, regulatory, and compliance stakeholders to ensure content is delivered efficiently, effectively, and in a compliant manner to support launch excellence and ongoing campaign execution.

This role is ideal for a self-starter and thought leader who is comfortable operating in a matrixed,



global setting and is passionate about transforming the content supply chain through technology and data.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy Vision:
- Define and own the global product vision and roadmap for content management and related commercial content platforms (e.g., Veeva Promomats, Adobe Workfront) and AI-enabled content solutions
- Develop and maintain a multi-year strategy for the content ecosystem across Animal Health, aligned to Commercial and IT strategic priorities
- Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize the end-to-end content lifecycle, from campaign planning through content creation, promotional review, approval and localization to ensure successful omnichannel activation
- Monitor industry trends, best practices, and innovations in content management, modular content, AI/ML, and campaign management to inform product direction

Stakeholder Business Partnership:
- Serve as the primary IT product partner to global and regional
