- Total Experience: 8+ years
- Robust experience in Workday Integration Development and Support.
- Hands-on expertise in Workday HCM and Workday Financials (Financials experience is mandatory).
- Strong experience in developing and supporting Workday Integrations, including:Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) User Template Fill-In, Mass Uploads, and Outbound Integrations, Core Connectors, Benefit Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, Document Transformation
- Experience configuring and supporting Workday Business Processes.
- Hands-on experience in Workday Report Writer and BIRT Report Development.
- Strong understanding of Workday Security Framework and Security Profiles.
- Experience supporting and enhancing existing Workday functional configurations and integrations.
- Experience uploading and maintaining Workday content such as questionnaires, onboarding content, and related configurations.
- Good understanding of Workday Financials business processes.
- Additional functional knowledge of Compensation, Payroll, Core HCM, Recruiting, Applicant Tracking System (ATS),



Employee Management System (EMS), and Learning Management System (LMS) is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex integration and production support issues.
- Experience working with ITSM processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business users, implementation partners, and cross-functional IT teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile development and project delivery environments.
- Workday Certification is preferred.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale global Workday implementations is an advantage.
- Availability to work during US business hour overlap.
