About the Role
Were hiring a Backend Engineer with deep Java expertise and hands-on experience building enterprise integrations on the Microsoft stack. This is a high-ownership role - youll design and ship production-grade connectors and integration pipelines that connect our platform to Microsofts enterprise ecosystem, including Dynamics 365 (Agent/Copilot), Azure services, and Microsoft Graph APIs.
If youve built integrations from scratch, know your way around connector frameworks, and thrive in rapid-moving agile teams.
Key Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend services and APIs (Spring Boot) powering enterprise integrations.
- Would be required to work with Connectors for Microsoft enterprise systems -Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, and Azure AD -using established connector frameworks (e.g., Kafka Connect, Spring Integration, or Azure Integration Services)
- Deep understanding of its data model, Dataverse APIs, and workflow automation expected for deep understanding of its data model, Dataverse APIs,

- Would be required to work on Azure-native deployments using App Service, Azure Functions, AKS, and Service Bus/Event Hubs
- You ll help us build robust, scalable backend services that facilitate critical data flow between our platform and Microsoft ecosystems.

Required Education Experience
- Java Candidates with 3 5 years software engineering building scalable backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs
- Microsoft Dynamics 365/Agent 365 Candidate must have Hands-on integration experience; familiarity with Dataverse, Power Platform, or Copilot Studio is a strong advantage
