Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification
- Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Candidates with qualifications in Marketing, or related fields will be preferred.

2. Experience
- 0 to 5 years of experience in NBFC, LAP, secured Loan, Business Loan & Personal Loan
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales skills can be considered.

3. Skills Required
- Good understanding of Loan Against Property (LAP), Secured Lending, Micro Loans, and Retail Lending products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and generate business through field activities.
- Knowledge of customer assessment, KYC documentation, and loan processing procedures.
- Familiarity with local markets, business communities, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate business for:
- Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Secured Loans
- Micro Loans
- Other retail and business loan products offered by the company

2.



Build and maintain relationships with:
- Small business owners and entrepreneurs
- Traders and shopkeepers
- Property owners seeking secured finance
- Local influencers and referral partners
- DSAs, and channel partners

3. Conduct field visits to identify and acquire recent customers.
4. Source quality loan applications and ensure completion of required documentation.
5. Perform preliminary customer assessment and coordinate for field investigations and verifications.
6. Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
7. Coordinate with credit, operations, and collection teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
8. Participate in local marketing activities, customer awareness programs, and business development initiatives.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, and regulatory requirements.
10. Achieve monthly business, disbursement, and portfolio targets.
