Oversees the operations and delivery of client services for a Revenue Cycle Services team for the purpose of maximizing accounts receivable collections for clients. Assists with strategic planning and provides supervision for team performance, productivity, and training needs. Serves as a process and system subject matter expert and ensures the efficiency and effectiveness of the billing and Accounts Receivable processes.

Responsibilities:
- Promptly responds to internal and external client inquiries, interactions, and requests for information.
- Acts as a primary point of contact for team members and provides guidance on work matters.
- Leads and manages the revenue cycle services team to meet departmental goals. Meets regularly with staff. Addresses performance gaps and recognizes excellence. Selects, develops, trains, and evaluates talent. Communicates team, department, business unit, and company news and performance to the team.

ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly. Serves as a key point of contact for client issues, problems, system issues, and client service escalations.
- Serves as a subject matter expert for the RCS team and the client on vendor and proprietary software.
- Implements policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Monitors and analyzes the performance of revenue cycle metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Tracks clients AR productivity and health (charge, payments, collections, adjustments) on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis to ensure the client and company expectations are met.
