As the Senior Manager of Corporate IT, youll lead the Service Desk team and provide regional oversight for Endpoint Engineering, System Administration, Audio Visual technologies, working closely with global teams to deliver a consistent and reliable employee IT experience. Your focus will be on delivering reliable, secure, and scalable IT services while continuously improving the employee experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role where youll balance day-to-day operations with long-term strategy. Youll work closely with teams across HR, InfoSec, Workplace, and Engineering to solve problems, simplify processes, and introduce automation that makes work easier for everyone.

What you ll do:
- Lead and develop the Service Desk team while partnering with other leaders to oversee Endpoint Engineering, System Administration, Audio Visual, and IT Automation functions, ensuring consistent service delivery and operational excellence.
- Own the overall employee IT experience by improving service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and expand self-service through AI and workflow automation.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, major incidents, and cross-functional escalations with a security-first approach.
- Partner with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, procurement and participating in ongoing external audits relevant to IT-managed systems (SOC2, SOX, PCI)
