Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Executive with a background in IT / technology sales to join our outbound sales team. In this role, you will proactively reach out to UAE and US-based businesses, pitch Arcitech AI suite of AI automation, software development, and managed IT services, and convert qualified leads into active sales pipelines. This is a full-time, remote position. You will work evening-to-night hours (5 PM 2 AM IST) to align with the UAE and US markets, and should have a reliable calling setup and secure internet connection at your location.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to UAE and US-based B2B prospects to generate qualified leads and business opportunities.
- Pitch and articulate Arcitech AI offerings AI Automation, Software Development, Website App Development, Managed IT Services, Enterprise Integration in a compelling manner.
- Identify decision-makers (CTO, CIO, VP Engineering, Operations Heads) within target organizations and establish meaningful conversations.




- Qualify prospects using a structured framework (BANT / MEDDIC) and schedule discovery calls or product demos for the senior sales team.
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs: call volume, connect rate, qualified meetings, and pipeline generated.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (HubSpot / Zoho CRM) logs, notes, and follow-up schedules.
- Research target accounts and industry trends to personalize outreach and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for follow-up on inbound inquiries and content-driven outreach campaigns.
- Provide feedback on market trends, objections, and competitive intelligence to help refine messaging.
- Follow up diligently on prospects across multiple touchpoints (calls, voicemails, emails) to drive engagement.

Required Qualifications
- Fresher to 2 years of experience in outbound inside sales / tele-calling (freshers welcome), preferably in an IT / technology / SaaS comp
