Account Executive (SaaS) at Outbox Labs

As an Account Executive, you will own the complete sales cycle, from identifying prospects and generating leads to conducting product demonstrations, negotiating, and closing deals. Once a customer is successfully onboarded, youll ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Support/Success team for post-sales engagement.

This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving revenue, and working in an early-stage startup.

What Youll Do:
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Be proficient in using sales automation tools, CRM platforms, and productivity software to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and challenges.
- Conduct product demonstrations and effectively present the value of Outbox Labs solutions.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline - from first outreach to successful deal closure. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer records.




- Negotiate commercial terms and convert qualified opportunities into customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition of closed customers to the Customer Support/Success team.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Candidate Profile
- 1 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (mandatory).
- Experience managing the sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure.
- Robust outbound sales and lead generation experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment.
