We are looking for an Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing Shared Platform Integration Team, supporting enterprise SAP environments hosted on Microsoft Azure. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and operational excellence of critical cloud infrastructure while delivering exceptional support to our global customers. You will work closely with cloud engineers, infrastructure specialists, and customer stakeholders to manage SAP Landing Zones,



Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters, enterprise monitoring platforms, and day-to-day infrastructure operations. Your expertise will help maintain highly available environments, resolve technical issues, implement platform improvements, and ensure our customers cloud infrastructure remains secure, compliant, and performant.

Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve infrastructure support tickets, incidents, and service requests while ensuring high service availability and adherence to SLAs.
- Deploy, maintain, and support SAP Landing Zone infrastructure, SAP Avantra monitoring, SAP Chameleon environments, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters.
- Perform Windows and Linux server administration, including monthly patching, server onboarding, backup monitoring, and quarterly AKS cluster upgrades.
