- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Build and optimize complex DAX measures, data models, and semantic layers.
- Develop scalable reporting solutions using Power BI, SQL Server, and Data Warehouse concepts.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytics solutions.
- Ensure data quality through validations, reconciliations, and performance optimization.
- Lead technical design discussions and mentor junior developers.
- Drive AI adoption using Microsoft Copilot, Cursor AI, and other GenAI tools to improve productivity.
- Automate reporting, QC, documentation, and development activities using AI.
- Support Power BI integration with web applications and enterprise platforms.
- Contribute to analytics modernization and AI-driven delivery initiatives within MiPortal.

Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Power BI development.
- Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Data Modeling, and Data Visualization.
- Advanced SQL/T-SQL and Data Warehousing knowledge.




- Experience with large datasets and performance tuning.
- Strong stakeholder management and requirement-gathering skills.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Cursor AI, ChatGPT, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Power BI Embedded and API integrations.
- Python for automation and analytics.
- Experience in AI/GenAI solution development.
- Exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, or customer analytics domains
- React.js and Node.js development experience.
