Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and support SAP CPI integration scenarios between SAP and third-party/non-SAP applications.
- Develop mapping, scripting, routing, exception handling, and other required integration components in SAP CPI.
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and IT teams to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP CPI integration issues and ensure timely response to incidents and service requests.
- Perform upgrades, patches, performance tuning, and preventive maintenance related to SAP CPI.
- Implement and support various integration patterns such as synchronous, asynchronous, message-based, API-based, file transfers, IDocs, and SOAP/REST web services.
