Key Responsibilities

Event Planning Coordination, Assist in planning and organizing banquets, conferences, weddings, and other events

Liaise with clients to understand event requirements, preferences, and special requests

Coordinate with kitchen, FB,



and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service, Prepare event checklists, floor plans, and service schedules

Team Supervision Training, Supervise banquet staff including servers, captains, bartenders, and support personnel

Ensure staff follow service standards, SOPs, and hygiene practices, Train and mentor banquet team on event operations and guest handling, Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing coverage
