We are looking for an experienced Semiconductor / VLSI Recruiter who can independently manage end-to-end technical hiring for niche semiconductor domains. The ideal candidate must have solid understanding of VLSI roles, hands-on sourcing strategies, and the ability to close highly technical positions within timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Requirement Understanding, Sourcing, Screening, Coordination, Offer, and Onboarding.
- 2. Sourcing Screening
- Source high-quality profiles for roles like:
- - ASIC / SoC / RTL / Verification / PD / DFT / STA
- FPGA, Emulation, EDA Tools
- Analog / Mixed Signal / RF / Layout
- Embedded / Firmware roles
- Use Boolean search strings, advanced LinkedIn filters, GitHub/StackOverflow sourcing, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial technical screening using job spec, skill matrix, and project relevance.
- 3. Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between candidates and technical panels.
- Maintain strong communication with engineering and project teams for hiring progress.
- 4. Offer Negotiation Closure




- Manage salary discussions, counteroffers, and joining commitments.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for shortlisted candidates.
- 5. Recruitment Process Optimization
- Build talent pipelines, market intelligence, and competitor mapping.
- Track metrics like TAT, Source Mix, and Conversion Ratios.

Required Skills Competencies

Technical Knowledge
- Understanding of semiconductor domains (RTL, Verification, PD, STA, DFT, FPGA, Analog, Layout, etc.).
- Ability to assess candidate suitability based on project details and tool expertise (Synopsys, Cadence, Siemens EDA).

Recruitment Expertise
- Strong in sourcing, screening, and closing niche semiconductor roles.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, Talent Mapping tools.

Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Strong ownership, urgency, and ability to work under fast-paced hiring targets.
