Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Scrum Master Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience to drive Agile delivery while effectively bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will play a dual role in facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring clear requirements gathering, analysis, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities Scrum Master Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement




- Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution
- Track and report team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc. )
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance
- Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlog prioritization

Business Analyst Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and documentation
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solution alignment
- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessment, and business process mapping
- Participate in UAT and ensure successful delivery of business solutions

Required Skills Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or in a hybrid role
- Robust understanding of Agile/Scrum m
