Reporting to: Manager Abstractions, Lease Administration

Key Stakeholders: Account Managers, Transition Manager, Clients/Stakeholders and their teams

Direct Reports: Analysts/ Senior Analysts
What this job involves:
- High level of independence
- Work independently without close supervision and deliver qualitative Lease Administration Abstraction services for JLL Clients; manage a team of individuals who work on Abstraction
- Accountable for operational delivery of your team and the Abstractions
- Interact with 3rd party vendors and work closely with the Regional Abstraction Manager to ensure continuous performance improvement and sharing best practices within the team
- Mentor and provide guidance to all members in Gurgaon Lease Administration Centre; ensure the lease administration database is current and accurate; ensure Turn Around Time and responsiveness is maintained
- Adhere to internal and external policies; manage ad hoc projects/tasks and communicate progress and timely completion




- Work with internal stakeholders to resolve escalations and take corrective and preventive measures; foster teamwork and performance excellence
- Manage all aspects of lease administration including portfolio reviews, management reporting, planning/tracking and monitoring of resources; actively involved in performance metrics KPIs such as Quality, TAT, and Productivity; maintain accurate abstractions and client database
- Contribute to team meetings, support other team members, build relationships with key stakeholders and communicate effectively within the team; accountable for Abstraction staff (analysts, senior analysts and team leaders) who perform Abstraction services; capable of transitioning and implementing startup accounts independently; provide solutions and strategies for client needs and concerns
- Transition and implement startup accounts independently; understand balance between scope of works, client
