Department: Sales Waterproofing

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Area Sales Manager for our Waterproofing Division in Pune, who has hands-on experience in grouts, waterproofing, sealants, flooring, structural repair products, and tile adhesives. This is an individual contributor role focused on application and project-based sales. The ideal candidate must possess a strong applicator network, have a proven track record in project sales, and be confident in client interactions, technical demos, and conversion.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the sales of construction chemicals especially in grouts, waterproofing, sealants, flooring, repairs, and tile adhesive.
- Robust exposure to project-based sales and applicator networks.
