Position Summary:
Operation Manager will be responsible for Production related activities in plant. Responsible for day-to-day production cell planning & execution. Responsible for continues improvement activities in productions. Ensure production lines are running as per targeted cycle time, quality standards & safety.Responsible for New Project and ECN Management. Handle complete Internal and Customer PPAP to meet the project timelines.Responsible for to control the operation cost e.g. Tools and Consumable, Direct Manpower cost.Responsible for capacity planning as per the current projects and customer demands. Align with the CFT and ensure the 100% delivery performance.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate with PPC for daily production planning of cells.
- Ensure all shop floors follow Personnel and Machine Safety standards.
