Production Supervisor
- Handling day to day activities of Welding shop
- Man power management
- Welding fixtures handling/ensuring Poke yoke in fixtures
- Should come in shift basis
- Maintain the shop floor with Clean 5S activities
- Ensure the patrol inspection to avoid quality defects in welding
- Ensure to train the welders to develop their skills and upgrade to next level
- Should give Hands on welding training to the welders
- Diploma in welding technology
- Should have knowledge in Welding/Welding gas/Consumables/Welding PPE
- Knowledge in Welding quality defects
- Welding fixture knowledge and able to maintain the fixtures
- Welding drawing knowledge
- Practical welding experience is preferable
- Experience in Robot welding is preferable
