The Impact You ll Make in this Role

The Procurement Service Delivery Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership to employees supporting procurement and sourcing operations within a defined service delivery environment. This role is responsible for supervising daily procurement activities, ensuring timely and high-quality service, supporting sourcing processes, resolving operational issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with experience in procurement, shared services, business process outsourcing, or a similar operational setting.



This position works within established processes while exercising judgment to manage priorities, support team effectiveness, and contribute to quality, cost, and service objectives. Your roles and responsibilities would be to:
- Lead daily procurement service delivery activities by managing team workload, assigning priorities, ensuring quality and timeliness, and providing coaching and guidance to team members.
- Support sourcing and procurement operations by resolving issues, collaborating with stakeholders, monitoring performance metrics, and driving service excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and 3M standards while supporting process improvements, documentation, service transitions, and other assigned responsibilities.
- Provide direct supervision, coaching, onboarding, training, and development support to team members while reinforcing compliance with corporate, site, and functional
