Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to provide operational and administrative support to the sales team. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal departments, manage customer interactions, process sales documentation, and ensure smooth order execution. This role requires excellent organizational skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Sales Support
- Prepare and process sales quotations, orders, contracts, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and order status in the CRM system.
- Support the sales team with administrative and operational activities.

Customer Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding products, orders, and deliveries.




- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate equipment returns, replacements, or exchanges when required.

Administrative Support
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, proposals, and other business documents.
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, product demonstrations, and customer visits.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Maintain organized documentation and sales records.

Sales Data Reporting
- Track sales performance metrics and generate regular reports.
- Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends, business opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy within CRM and reporting systems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Logistics teams to support sales activities.
