Job title: Associate Category Management

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical associate to support category performance across multiple countries within the Marketplace/Partnership vertical. The role will be responsible for driving assortment expansion, maintaining pricing competitiveness, improving product availability, supporting promotional initiatives, and ensuring overall category growth. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of e-commerce, grocery retail dynamics, and category management fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor competitor assortment, pricing, promotions and trends.

Drive SKU expansion, rationalization and category productivity.

Ensure price parity and marketplace competitiveness.

Monitor availability, stock health and individual store performance and conversions.

Routine listing cataloguing activities





Continuous quality check upgrades on the existing catalogue

Required Qualifications Experience:

Experience: 1 - 2 Years in Category Management, Merchandising ,E-commerce , Grocery Retail

Experience with established grocery or marketplace platforms is preferred.

Exposure to GCC market dynamics will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification:
- Masters / Bachelors degree in Business Administration/ Management or related field.
