The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering NSQF-aligned training that equips trainees with essential digital, clerical, and workplace skills required for entry-level roles in offices and organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver theoretical and practical training aligned with NSQF guidelines (IT Sector Domestic Data Entry Operator)
- Train students in computer fundamentals and operating systems
- Teach MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office documentation practices
- Train students in internet usage, email drafting, and online data handling
- Improve data entry speed and accuracy through structured practice
- Provide basic graphic designing training using Canva (posters, banners, visiting cards, social media creatives)
- Conduct typing practice sessions (English / Gujarati)
- Maintain student attendance, practical records, and assessment documentation
- Conduct internal assessments and prepare students for external evaluations
- Guide students in resume preparation, interview skills, and workplace readiness
- Ensure proper maintenance of computer lab,



software, and digital equipment
- Support placement activities and coordinate with local businesses and offices
- Participate in mobilization activities and institutional programs
- Provide technical support for campus computer services and IT infrastructure when required

Required Qualifications Experience: Educational Background: BCA / B.Com / B.Sc. (IT / Computer Science) / Any Graduate with Computer Certification or Diploma in Computer Applications / IT

Experience: Minimum 2 4 years of relevant experience

Prior teaching or training experience will be an added advantage
