The Role

As a Client Success Manager, youll own the client journey from onboarding through long-term account management. Youll become a strategic partner to a portfolio of clients, helping them build successful remote teams, coordinating recruitment efforts, supporting contractors, and identifying opportunities to grow their teams over time.





This is a highly collaborative role where youll work closely with clients, recruiters, contractors, and internal leadership to deliver an exceptional experience at every stage of the partnership.

Your success will be measured not only by client satisfaction and retention, but also by your ability to build trust, anticipate challenges, and create opportunities for long-term growth.

Role Details

Commitment: Full time (40 hours/week)

Working Hours: Flexible with overlap across international clients

Location: Fully Remote

Engagement: Independent Contractor

Start Date: ASAP

Monthly Rate: $1,600 - $2,000 (depending on level of experience) + revenue-based incentives
