Job Overview

As an SAP S/4 HANA Solution Architect, you will define and drive Coupang s SAP transformation across key business domains including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations. You will partner with business leaders, technology teams, and global stakeholders to design scalable, integrated SAP S/4 HANA solutions aligned with Coupang s rapid growth and evolving business landscape.

You will be responsible for leading solution architecture, defining end-to-end business process designs, guiding technical teams, and ensuring SAP platforms meet enterprise-class standards in performance, reliability, integration, and security. This role will directly influence Coupang s core operational systems and will require robust expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, cross-functional process knowledge, and enterprise-level architecture skills.

What You Will Do




- Lead the architecture and design of SAP S/4 HANA solutions across modules such as FI/CO, and MM
- Architect end-to-end business processes aligned to Coupang s e-commerce, logistics, and fulfilment operations
- Define integration patterns between SAP S/4 HANA and internal Coupang systems (OMS, WMS, Finance systems, 3rd-party applications)
- Develop and maintain the SAP enterprise architecture road map, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals
- Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices, data models, extensibility (BTP), Fiori UX, and cloud deployment models
- Review functional and technical specifications to ensure architectural consistency and solution quality
- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams across multiple geographies to design scalable, high-performance SAP solutions
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and system optimisation within the SAP landscape
