xPay is a Y Combinator backed international payments company building an international payment gateway focused on cross-border payments making it dramatically easier for businesses to move money across borders. Our customers are B2B SaaS companies who need rapid, reliable, and cost-effective payment infrastructure to serve global users.
These businesses are increasingly moving their international volumes from billion-dollar companies to xPay as we expand our footprint across 180+ countries and support 25+ currencies. Since January 2025, we have grown 73 and now process over 1 million transactions every month.
Cross-border payments is a $200 trillion market. Our customers including publicly listed companies and Series D E startups across sectors like EdTech and Travel trust us to process millions of dollars every month.

The Role

Were looking for a Operations Specialist to own our day-to-day payment operations and ensure transactions move seamlessly across our ecosystem. Youll play a key role in managing disputes,



supporting merchants, improving operational processes, and working closely with payment partners to build a scalable operations function.

What youll do
- Own end-to-end chargeback and dispute operations from evidence collection and filing to tracking and resolution.
- Manage payment operations and merchant support to ensure smooth transaction workflows and timely issue resolution.
- Build and improve SOPs that make payment operations more scalable, efficient, and reliable.
- Partner with payment gateways, banking partners, merchants, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Analyze payment and transaction data to identify trends, improve processes, and reduce operational bottlenecks.
