Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
- Production support and incident ownership: hands-on experience in production issue triage, RCA, problem management, monitoring, SLA-driven resolution and business impact management.
- Release and environment management: experience coordinating release-day activities, deployment support, go-live validation, rollback/hypercare and stability checks across QA, UAT and Production.
- Technical troubleshooting and communication: strong SQL/data analysis, log analysis, Unix/Linux basics,
Jira/ServiceNow usage and ability to provide explicit updates to business and technology stakeholders.
- Minimum Qualification bachelor s degree.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
- Experience supporting trading, controls, regulatory or financial services platforms.
- Working knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace or equivalent.
- Exposure to ITIL, operational risk, BCP/DR, CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins/GitLab and continuous service improvement practices
