We are looking for a highly motivated Executive Business Development to expand our customer base and strengthen our presence in the logistics industry. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build lasting customer relationships, and contribute to achieving the organizations revenue goals. Salary: 35,000 40,000 per month ## Key Responsibilities - Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics. - Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits. - Promote the companys air freight, sea freight, customs clearance, transportation, warehousing, and value-added logistics services. - Meet prospective customers to understand their logistics requirements and propose suitable solutions. - Prepare and submit competitive quotations and negotiate freight rates. - Coordinate with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments. - Maintain solid relationships with existing customers to maximize repeat business. - Achieve monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales targets. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. - Prepare sales reports, customer visit reports, and maintain CRM records. - Follow up on outstanding quotations and convert them into confirmed business. - Ensure timely collection of payments from customers in coordination with the finance team. - Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities. ## Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field. - 2 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics sales, or business development. - Experience in selling Air Freight, Sea Freight (Import Export), Customs Clearance, Transportation, and Warehousing services is preferred. ## Required Skills - Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and international logistics. - Excellent s
