Role & responsibilities
- Generate recent business opportunities in the Solar PV and Renewable Energy sector.
- Promote Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) Solar Projects.
- Sell Solar EPC, Open Access, Captive, and Group Captive solutions.
- Identify and acquire industrial, commercial, institutional, and government clients.
- Build and manage channel partners, distributors, EPC partners, and dealers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Generate leads, build relationships with industrial and commercial clients, and manage Key Accounts.
- Conduct client meetings, prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), and close deals.
- Coordinate with engineering, legal, and project teams for successful execution of Renewable Energy and Solar Power projects.
- Achieve sales targets, maintain the sales pipeline,



and identify new opportunities in Industrial Power Sales and Corporate Renewable Energy markets.

Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate/B.E./B.Tech/MBA with 3-8 years of experience in Solar Sales or Renewable Energy Business Development.
- Experience in Solar PV, Solar EPC, C&I; Solar, Open Access, Captive Power, or Group Captive projects.
- Hands-on experience in selling solar modules, solar inverters, lithium batteries, solar pumps, solar street lights, or other solar products.
- Strong knowledge of B2B Sales, Channel Sales, Dealer Development, Corporate Sales, and Industrial Sales.
- Experience in Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, Key Account Management, Tendering, Techno-Commercial Negotiation, and CRM.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel for business development activities.
