Job Summary

We are hiring an individual-contributor Salesperson to drive specification-led adoption of our premium tiles among architects and interior designers. This is a hands-on sales role focused on direct engagement with design influencers and channel partners rather than people management.
- Primary focus:



Secure product approvals and specifications for commercial and residential projects by building solid relationships with premium architects and designers.
- Key activities: Present products, manage approval pipelines, follow up on specifications, and support dealer/retail teams to convert opportunities.
- Tools process: Use CRM (Zoho or equivalent) for lead management, panel allocations, and reporting.
- Outcome: Drive measurable sales growth and increased market share through specification-led selling.

Ideal profile: 4+ years in sales or business development with proven experience engaging architects/designers in the building materials or premium interiors space; strong technical understanding of product specifications; excellent presentation and negotiation skills; CRM proficiency (Zoho preferred).
