CTC and Experience : 65 K Per month

Detailed JD : 5 to 6 relevant years , Robust routing Switching , Aruba Wireless Technology , Fertigate Firewalls , Zscaler Proxy, Robust troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities

Network Operations Support
- Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructures.
- Provide L2 support for escalated issues related to routing, switching, wireless networks, and security components.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.

Routing Switching
- Configure and maintain routers and switches across the network.
- Handle VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, routing policies, link aggregation, etc.
- Ensure network reliability and optimized performance.

Wireless Technology (Aruba)
- Install, configure,



and troubleshoot Aruba Wireless Controllers and Access Points.
- Perform wireless surveys, optimize RF parameters, and support large-scale wireless deployments.

Security Technologies
- Configure and maintain Fortigate Firewalls including policies, VPNs, NAT, and security profiles.
- Manage Zscaler Proxy including user provisioning, policy configuration, and traffic routing.

Other Responsibilities
- Collaborate with L3 teams for complex escalations and project deployments.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and network diagrams.
- Support change management, including planning and executing network changes.
- Participate in on-call rotations as required.

Required Skills Expertise
- 5 6 years of experience in enterprise networks (L2 level).
- Strong expertise in Routing Switching technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Aruba Wireless solutions.
- Practical knowledge of Fortigate Firewalls (FortiGate).
