Your current role
As a Global Customer Insights Lead, you will generate actionable customer & market insights that help shape business strategy across key therapy areas, providing recommendations that inform decision-making at brand, portfolio and corporate level. You will partner with HQ to solve complex business problems while owning advanced analytics, and AI/ML-driven solutions that power Novo Nordisk's global insights engine.

Your day-to-day will include:
- Preparing and disseminating high-quality customer insights for Novo Nordisk therapy ar-eas such as diabetes, cardio, metabolic, obesity and/or liver (MASH) across markets




- Deliver analyses using patient-level and market datasets, including IQVIA LRx, LAAD, and MIDAS where relevant
- Contribute to business priorities by translating customer and/or market data into action-able insights or recommendations for upstream and downstream decisions e.g., clinical gate passages of an asset or launch of a brand
- Deliver descriptive, diagnostic, prescriptive and predictive analytics for the business
- Ensure robust data integration, analytics, automation and visualisation to strengthen analytics foundation using SQL/Python, Databricks, Power BI. Own the development & maintenance of patient analytics and business intelligence platforms
- Support platform and data warehouse development, data integration, governance, quality checks, and process optimisation
