This role is ideal for industry veterans or independent consultants who bring deep domain expertise, strong client relationships, and a proven track record in leadership hiring and/or strategic advisory. This is a revenue-sharing opportunity designed for self-driven professionals who prefer flexibility, autonomy, and high earning potential based on performance.





Key Responsibilities Executive Search Talent Advisory
- Lead end-to-end executive search mandates (CXO, leadership, and niche roles)
- Partner with clients to understand strategic hiring needs and organizational goals
- Develop and execute targeted search strategies across relevant industries
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-caliber candidates
- Conduct candidate assessment, evaluation, and client presentations

Business Development
- Leverage existing network to generate current business opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with clients across Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Building Materials, and FMCG sectors
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling consulting and talent solutions
- Drive client acquisition and mandate closures
