Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager with a strong background in the banking or financial services industry to oversee the planning, implementation, and management of critical cybersecurity initiatives. This includes CSPM, Data security posture management (DSPM), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Database activity monitoring (DAM), Key Management and other security enhancements to ensure compliance with banking regulations and industry s best practices. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and project management, coupled with experience managing large-scale security projects in the banking domain

Project Management




- Lead the end-to-end execution of cybersecurity projects related to CSPM, DSPM, DLP, DAM, Key Management and other security domains, ensuring alignment with banking standards.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation specific to the financial services setting.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project deliverables meet strict compliance and security requirements.

Banking and Regulatory Expertise
- Ensure projects comply with banking regulations such as UAE central bank guidelines, PCI DSS, and other relevant standards.

Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, cybersecurity, business units, and risk management, to align project objectives with banking priorities.
- Regularly communicate project progress, roadblocks, and achievements to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Technical Leadership
- Oversee the implementation and integration of cybersecurity solutions
