Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Execute production schedule, monitor production performance (output, yield, efficiency, downtime) and take corrective actions to meet targets.
- Plan and manage shift scheduling and manpower deployment to achieve desired production outputs.
- Recruit, train, and develop permanent and temporary manpower to meet production requirements.
- Conduct employee performance reviews based on defined KPIs and job roles to assess competency, productivity, and contribution.
- Ensure all operators are trained on the latest operating procedures, safety practices, and quality requirements.
- Monitor and improve key production KPIs such as OEE, yield, throughput, wastage, and labor productivity.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Ensure timely and accurate production reporting in SAP, including output confirmation and BOM updates.
- Ensure full compliance with Corporate and site EHS, PSM, ISO / FSSC / GMP / GHP / Food Safety standards and procedures.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, preferably in Food Technology or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Food or FMCG industry, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or team lea
