We’re building a focused, experience-led brand in the Indian home fragrance space and we’re l*ooking for someone to lead marketing with clarity and intent.*

This is not just a social media role.

What You’ll Do
- Define sharp positioning and drive product–market fit
- Build the brand - not just run ads
- Lead E-commerce and digital growth
- Turn insight into campaigns that convert
- Execute curated pop-ups and retail activations
- Drive measurable revenue growth

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in brand building or growth marketing
- Experience in D2C, lifestyle, fragrance, beauty, or luxury preferred
- Strong command of E-commerce and performance marketing
- Deep understanding of Indian consumer behavior




- Experience with offline activations or retail partnerships
- Strategic, analytical, and quality-sensitive
- Comfortable in an early-stage, high-ownership setting

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
