Why this role matters

As a Consultant Graphic Designer , you will support ERMs global consulting delivery by creating engaging visual communications that bring complex sustainability and ESG topics to life. Working within ERM Marketing & Communications Agency (MCA), you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across regions to develop impactful design solutions for sustainability reports, campaigns, websites, digital dashboards, stakeholder engagement materials, and branding initiatives. This role is critical to delivering high-quality visual storytelling that enhances client communications, strengthens stakeholder engagement, and supports ERMs global delivery model.

- Deliver engaging, high-quality visual communications that help clients clearly communicate sustainability strategies, performance, and impact across reports, digital platforms, branding initiatives, and stakeholder communications.
- Transform complex technical and sustainability-related information into compelling visual stories that enhance audience understanding and engagement.




- Contribute to the successful execution of creative projects from concept through final delivery while maintaining high design standards, brand consistency, and attention to detail.
- Collaborate effectively with creative directors, consultants, copywriters, developers, project managers, and client teams to deliver integrated communication solutions.
- Support innovation within the design team by applying emerging design trends, digital tools, and creative technologies to improve client outcomes and user experiences.
- Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders while delivering projects on time, meeting quality expectations, and supporting ERM MCAs reputation for excellence in sustainability communications.

What will you bring
- Bachelor s degree in graphic design/visual communications (or equivalent).
- Recent graphic design graduate to four years of qualified graphic
