Logistics Coordination: Serve as a key point of contact for handling ambulance requests, ensuring efficient dispatch and optimal route planning for both routine and emergency transfers.
Internal Business Optimization: Work closely with the hospitals Emergency Department and Inpatient teams to ensure maximum utilization of the hospitals fleet for inter-hospital transfers and discharges, thereby increasing internal ambulance business.
Fleet Reporting: Maintain accurate records and generate daily/weekly reports on ambulance utilization rates, response times, fuel consumption, and revenue realized per trip.
Driver Liaison: Liaise with ambulance drivers and emergency medical technicians (EMTs)
to address operational challenges and ensure high service standards are maintained during transport. Reporting and Administration
Documentation: Maintain a comprehensive database of all external clients, sales activities, and performance metrics related to the ambulance business.
