What You Will Do
- Own the full outbound motion for your territory/ICP: account selection, contact mapping, multi-channel cadences (calls, email, LinkedIn), and booking qualified meetings for the AE team.
- Form and test ICP hypotheses against our strongest signal, our existing customer base, and kill or scale them based on data.
- Build the playbook as you go: messaging that gets responses, an objection taxonomy with working rebuttals, cadence structures, and internal benchmarks.
- Run a written learning log and a weekly funnel review with the sales team.
- You get full transparency and support on tap; you drive your own ramp.
Hours and Work-Life Commitments

This is a US-hours role: 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST, covering East Coast mornings through West Coast afternoons. We are specific about balance instead of vague about culture: No day-shift meetings stacked on top of your night. Saturdays and Sundays fully off. No weekend pipeline reviews, ever. Recover, rejuvenate, and start each week fresh. We believe that burned-out reps build nothing, and it is key to get the rest you need to excel.




Requirements
- 3+ years of outbound B2B SaaS sales experience selling into the US market with average deal size of $2500+/month, with the call recordings and funnel numbers to prove it.
- Immaculate English, spoken and written, near-native fluency.
- You will spend your day on the phone with US decision-makers.
- Evidence of building, not just running: a territory you opened, messaging you wrote, a process you created that others used.
- Experience of handling mid-market deals with multiple stakeholders.
- Structured and self-directed.
- Full transparency and support, but no script handed to you, because none exists yet.
- Comfortable with technical products, sales AI workflows or demonstrably fast at learning them.
