The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. You will be responsible for performing clinical assessments, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to our patients. Your role will also involve educating patients about health management and promoting a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct health assessments and evaluate patients health status.
2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
3. Monitor and record patients vital signs and medical histories.
4. Provide guidance and education to patients regarding their health and wellness.
5. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
6. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
8. Participate in health promotion and disease prevention activities in the workplace.
9. Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
10. Maintain a clean and protected work environment.
