1.Perform incoming (Fabricated and Machining parts inspection), in-process and final inspection of products.
2.Review drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
3.Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
4.Handle Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and support CAR activities.
5.Conduct supplier quality evaluation and vendor audits.
6.Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001 and customer requirements.
7.Prepare First Article Inspection (FAI As per AS9102) and quality documentation.
8.Coordinate with Production, Engineering and Supply Chain teams for quality-related issues.
9.Participate in internal and external audits.
10.Implement continuous improvement and quality enhancement initiatives.
Required Skills:
1.Knowledge of QA/QC processes and inspection techniques.




2.Experience in AS9100D / ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
3.Understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.;
4.Knowledge of NDT methods (VT, PT, MT, UT, RT) is preferred.
5.Familiarity with CAPA, 8D, 7 QC Tools, and Root Cause Analysis.
6.Working knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
7.QAP,ATP & QTP document preparation for Mechanical items wrt Customer Specifications
8.Positive Exposure is Customer handling
