About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Consultant to help our Cleared Recruitment business within the U.S. Government Contracting (GovCon) market. This is a commission-only chance for someone with an established network in the cleared staffing industry and a proven ability to generate qualified meetings and convert opportunities into clients. If you have experience providing recruitment services to federal contractors and understand the hiring challenges around Secret, TS, TS/SCI, CI Poly, and FS Poly cleared professionals, wed like to connect.

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings with decision-makers at U.S. Government contractors.
- Identify staffing opportunities requiring security-cleared professionals.
- Build relationships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, Recruiting Managers, Program Managers, and Capture Managers.
- Present iQuasar cleared recruitment capabilities,



guaranteed SLAs and value proposition.
- Create prospect pipeline from outreach to successful conversions.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful onboarding.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and provide accurate sales updates.
- Achieve agreed KPIs and revenue targets.

Required Experience:
- 3+ years of business development or sales experience in the U.S. Cleared Recruitment/GovCon staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, CI Poly, and FS Poly clearances.
- Existing network within Federal Contractors, Prime Contractors, or Government staffing firms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with GovCon staffing firms.
- Familiarity with federal contract vehicles and procurement.
