Role: Financial Reporting and Consolidation

Location: Corporate Office, Old Airport Road, Bangalore

What You ll Do:
- Lead timely closure of quarterly limited reviews and annual statutory audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory timelines and reporting requirements.




- Drive financial reporting governance through proactive planning, stakeholder coordination, and regular balance sheet reconciliation reviews.
- Collaborate with auditors to ensure smooth audit execution, timely submissions, and resolution of audit observations with minimal escalations.
- Support capital market and compliance initiatives, including debt listings, statutory reporting, and regulatory filings.
- Prepare and review consolidated, restated, and proforma financial statements while coordinating with external consultants on complex accounting matters.
- Partner with valuation, actuarial, tax, legal, and business teams to deliver accurate financial analysis and statutory compliance.
- Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, including tax audits, return filings, advance tax, and deferred tax computations.
- Develop quarterly board presentations, MIS reports, variance analyses
