Workplace Experience Lead

Reporting To: Site Lead / Regional Facilities Manager

Position Overview

The Workplace Experience Lead is responsible for delivering an exceptional employee and visitor experience through the seamless management of workplace services, hospitality operations, events, front office, and soft services. This role serves as the primary workplace experience ambassador, ensuring the workplace environment reflects LinkedIns culture while fostering engagement, collaboration, and operational excellence.

The role will lead a team of workplace and hospitality professionals while partnering closely with client stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to elevate the overall employee experience across the Bangalore campus.

Key Responsibilities

Workplace Experience & Hospitality
- Own and drive the overall workplace experience strategy and day-to-day delivery.
- Create a welcoming, hospitality-driven setting for employees, visitors, and leadership teams.




- Develop and implement workplace programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Serve as the key point of contact for workplace experience initiatives and stakeholder engagement activities.

Events & Engagement
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of internal events, town halls, leadership visits, employee engagement activities, and client events.
- Partner with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality workplace experiences aligned with company culture.
- Ensure flawless execution of events through effective planning, communication, and vendor management.

Front Office & Visitor Experience
- Oversee reception and front-of-house operations.
- Ensure a premium visitor and guest experience from arrival through departure.
- Develop and maintain standards for hospitality, visitor management, and workplace services.

Soft Services Management
- Manage housekeeping, pantry, mailroom, and other workplace support services.
- Ensure service
