Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and display advertising.
- Manage and optimize the company website and landing pages to improve lead generation, user engagement, and conversion rates.
- Develop and implement content marketing strategies in collaboration with design and content teams.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
- Manage social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and recommend optimization strategies.
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads,



and LinkedIn Ads with a focus on ROI and lead generation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, search engine algorithms, and industry best practices.
- Drive marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives within defined timelines and budgets.

Qualifications
- BCA, MCA, B.E. (IT), or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or related roles.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns through Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google
