The Team

The Workday AMS team sits within the broader Workday teams of Workday HR Technology and Workday Finance Teams. The Deloitte Workday team provides the full range of services for clients from the initial planning stages, through full system implementation to on-going support. The Deloitte Workday team are not purely system implementors as the service goes beyond to ensure our clients get the most benefit from their Workday solution. For the Workday AMS team, this means not just fixing issues but providing advisory and guidance on ways to optimize and enhance the Workday experience.

Work you ll do

As a Workday Senior Consultant Functional/Technical, you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system.



Under the guidance of senior team members, you will be responsible for assisting in the configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancement of Workday functionalities to meet the organizations HR and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Incident Resolution:

Respond to and resolve user-reported issues and incidents related to Workday functionality.

Collaborate with senior team members to troubleshoot and identify root causes.

2. Configuration Assistance:

Assist in the configuration of Workday modules based on organizational requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and updates.

3. Data Management:

Support data upload/extract processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data.

Assist in data validation and cleansing activities as needed.

4. User Training and Support:

Participate in user training sessions and assist in the development of trainin
