Advanced Payroll Operations Consultant, GBS

Job Description

In this role, you will focus on delivering accurate, compliant, and employee-centric payroll services across assigned countries. As part of the Global Payroll Operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring timely payroll processing, resolving payroll-related issues, maintaining data integrity, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, employees, payroll vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and compliance with applicable regulations. Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service are critical to success in this role.

Job responsibilities include:
- Execute accurate and timely payroll processing activities for assigned countries.
- Perform payroll transactions, data entry, records management, and time & attendance administration.
- Support payroll preparation, validation, and reconciliation processes.
- Resolve employee payroll inquiries and system-related payroll issues.




- Manage payroll tickets, escalations, garnishment requests, and treasury-related activities.
- Conduct payroll audits and ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity.
- Support compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and internal controls.
- Partner with payroll vendors and support audit documentation requests.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of operational enhancements.
- Participate in payroll-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and stakeholders.
- Support training and knowledge sharing as needed within the payroll function.
