Purpose of Role





The purpose of the role of Business Analyst Payments - GOS Operations and IT solutions - is to drive and oversee the strategic changes of various payment related projects CBS within MUFG . This role involves leading teams in the implementation of multiple key systems including core banking systems i.e. T24 ( TPH) and payment systems including Finastra GPP, TCS Bancs , Flexcube, associated projects including regulatory demands, issue resolution, enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and improving customer experiences. This role with collaborate closely with IT, Technology, and Operations teams to align transformation initiatives with business goals, while ensuring compliance and managing risks throughout the transformation journey.
