Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team at Mind Spark Technologies. You will play a vital role in identifying current business opportunities, building relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across international markets.

Own the complete business development lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation through solution positioning, negotiation, and deal closure.

Develop and execute region-specific go-to-market and client acquisition strategies.

Build and nurture trusted relationships with enterprise clients, senior stakeholders, and strategic partners.

Consistently achieve or exceed revenue, pipeline, and customer acquisition targets.





Understand client business challenges and collaborate with technical, delivery, and leadership teams to develop tailored solutions.

Prepare persuasive proposals, presentations, commercial responses, and account plans.

Maintain a healthy pipeline, accurate forecasts, and disciplined CRM records.

Monitor industry trends, competitors, regulations, and market dynamics across target regions.

Represent Mind Spark Technologies in client meetings, conferences, networking forums, and industry events.

Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and create long-term customer value.

Required Experience and Capabilities

4-5 years of business development experience, preferably within IT Services and Consulting.

Proven success in acquiring and growing international B2B or enterprise clients.

Demonstrated business development results across at least two of the specified global regions.
